1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "Client"), and AxiDomus ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the axidomus.com website as well as any related digital services, virtual staging, and virtual renovation products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Services Provided
AxiDomus a brand of Noventia s.r.l. provides digital photo manipulation services for the real estate industry. Our core services are divided into two categories:

- Virtual Staging: The addition of digital furniture, decor, and lighting to photos of vacant or semi-vacant rooms. We strictly maintain the existing physical architecture, wall colors, and permanent fixtures.

- Virtual Renovation: The digital alteration of physical properties, which may include changing wall colors, flooring, cabinetry, removing structural items, or exterior landscaping.

3. User Responsibilities and MLS Compliance
While AxiDomus strives to provide "MLS-Compliant" virtual staging by not altering permanent fixtures during standard staging orders, you (the Client) are solely responsible for ensuring that the final images comply with the rules and regulations of your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate board, or advertising authority.

If you purchase a Virtual Renovation (which alters physical property features), you acknowledge that it is your legal and ethical responsibility to disclose to buyers and the MLS that the image is a "Conceptual Design" or "Virtually Renovated."

AxiDomus assumes no liability for fines, listing removals, or legal disputes arising from your failure to properly disclose digitally altered photos.

4. Payments, "Credit Banks," and Refunds

- Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required upfront before processing begins. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and do not store your billing information.

- Staging Credits: We offer bulk staging packages ("Credit Banks"). One (1) credit equals the staging of one (1) photo. Credits purchased through AxiDomus never expire.

- Refund Policy: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of digital design, all sales are final and non-refundable once the delivery process has begun. If you are unsatisfied with a delivered image, your remedy is to request a revision as outlined in Section .

5. Turnaround Times and Revisions

- Turnaround Time: We aim to deliver standard virtual staging orders within 12 to 24 hours of receiving the high-resolution photos and style instructions. Bulk orders or complex virtual renovations may require additional time.

- Revisions: We want you to be thrilled with your listing. We offer [Insert Number, e.g., one (1) or two (2)] free rounds of minor revisions per photo (e.g., "swap the couch color," "remove the plant"). Revisions that deviate entirely from the original instructions (e.g., "Change the style from Farmhouse to Modern" or uploading a completely new angle) will be billed as a new staging credit.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

- Client Rights: Upon full payment, AxiDomus grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the delivered images for commercial real estate marketing, print materials, and online listings.

- AxiDomus Rights: You guarantee that you own or have the rights to the original un-staged photos you upload to us. Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing (e.g., an NDA), AxiDomus reserves the right to use the "Before and After" images in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials to demonstrate the quality of our work.

7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to upload photos containing explicit, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse service to any project we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AxiDomus, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Italy. AxiDomus and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Chieti, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
